At Ma-Arteh Beauty Studio and Medispa, we take pride in delivering your skincare and collectible goodies with care and clarity. Whether you're shopping for POP MART treasures or clinical-grade skincare, here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
📦 Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order is on its way.
During sales, holidays, or restocks, please allow a little extra time—we’re a small team doing big things!
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, order weight, and delivery method. We primarily ship via Canada Post with tracking provided on all parcels.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Alberta: 2–5 business days

Canada-wide: 3–10 business days

USA: 5–14 business days

International: 10–30 business days (varies by destination)
🌍 International Orders
We offer worldwide shipping on select items (such as POP MART blind boxes). Please note that skincare products may be restricted in certain countries due to import regulations.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or border fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
🛍️ Local Pickup – Return Clients Only
We offer local pickup by request for returning clients in Southside Edmonton (Mill Woods).
To request pickup:

📍 Pickup location details will be shared privately after confirmation.
Pickup is subject to availability and is not guaranteed for all orders.
💌 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to activate.
❗ Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order is missing:

Double-check the delivery address

Look around the delivery area and with neighbors

Contact the shipping provider with your tracking number
📦 Failed Delivery & Return-to-Sender
If your order is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery, or non-pickup, the buyer is responsible for new shipping charges to resend the package.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted on unopened, unused retail products within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

All spa treatments, facials, and other services are provided in-person only and are not shipped. All services are final sale and non-refundable once rendered.
