POLICIES YOU NEED TO KNOW

Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your total service cost.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will forfeit the deposit.

Need to reschedule? Please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

For facial and skin treatments, arriving with clean skin is preferred when possible.
