At Ma-Arteh Beauty Studio and Medispa, we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare experiences and products. As a small business, we appreciate your support and understanding of our policies.
Returns – Products Only
We accept returns on eligible retail products within 30 days of purchase. To qualify:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@maartemedispa.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your item.

Services & Treatments
💆♀️ All treatments, facials, and services are final sale.
Due to the nature of spa services, we do not offer refunds for treatments rendered or missed appointments. Please review your booking confirmation for our rescheduling and cancellation policies.
Damages or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at sales@maartemedispa.com with photos and details so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please follow the return steps and place a new order once your return is approved.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may return eligible products within 14 days for any reason. All other standard return conditions apply.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@maartemedispa.com.
