Brow Lamination, Tint & Shaping Pre & Post Care ✨
For: Brow Lamination, Brow Tint, Brow Shaping (Threading or Waxing), or any combination service
📅 Pre-Treatment Instructions
For best results and to avoid irritation:
- Avoid applying retinol, AHAs, BHAs, or exfoliating products around the brow area for 3–5 days before.
- Arrive with clean brows—no makeup, creams, or brow gel.
- Avoid tweezing, threading, or waxing at home before your appointment.
- Inform your esthetician if you’ve had any reactions to hair dye, brow tints, or lamination products in the past.
- Let us know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding (we may do a patch test if needed).
💆 What to Expect During Your Service
- Brow Lamination restructures brow hairs to lie flat and uniform, giving a lifted, fuller appearance.
- Tinting darkens the brows for more definition and depth (tint shades are customized to suit your features).
- Shaping via threading or waxing is done to clean up the shape, removing excess hair precisely.
- The full service takes about 30–45 minutes, is pain-free, and results can last up to 6 weeks with proper care.
🧴 Post-Treatment Care Instructions
Take care of those freshly groomed brows to lock in your results:
- Do not get brows wet for the first 24 hours.
- Avoid steam, saunas, workouts, and sweating for 24 hours.
- No makeup, brow gels, or oils on the brow area for 24–48 hours.
- Do not rub, pick, or sleep directly on your brows the first night.
- After 48 hours, you may apply brow serum or nourishing oil (optional).
- Gently brush brows daily using a clean spoolie to maintain shape.
🌀 Normal Side Effects
- Brows may appear darker immediately after tint—this softens in 1–2 days.
- Some mild redness or tightness in the brow area is normal, especially after waxing or threading.
- Skin may feel sensitive or dry for 24 hours post-lamination—avoid active ingredients near the area.
